Blood needs to go through a series of processing processes such as test-tube labeling, reagent mixing, centrifugal washing and sample liquid separation before machine testing. At present, this series of operations in the real face room are completed by manual and single machine equipment, resulting in large flow of laboratory personnel, large number of single-function equipment, low utilization rate of laboratory space and low efficiency. Flow liquid laboratory is committed to the orderly integration of single-function equipment in the laboratory, to build a fully automatic unmanned laboratory from labeling, washing and centrifugation of blood samples to the completion of sample processing and to solve the pain points of low efficiency of blood sample processing and low space utilization rate.
High throughputt
The maximum single flux is 1218 tubes and can handle different flux requirements at any time.
Intelligent/traceable
The whole process is automatically completed by the robot, including result feedback, secondary treatment of unqualified products and other procedures. The key parameters of each test tube will be collected and recorded.
airtightness
The test tube fixing layer can fix and seal 38 test tubes to prevent cross contamination caused by the splash of test tube liquid in the shock
